If the item you received is faulty (excludes plants), please contact us by logging into your account and raising a support ticket quoting your order number, your name and address, details of the product and the reason for return, and whether you require a refund or a replacement. 

We will then advise on how to proceed with the return.

If you are asked to dispose of the faulty item, do not do this until a replacement arrives, as we may need to raise a collection and return direct to a manufacturer.

Please note superfluous minor transit damage such as the odd snapped twig or leaf on a plant does not make it faulty and we warrant that it will grow well, it is therefore not covered by the above.
