In the unlikely event that your goods do not arrive after they have been despatched from us, please inform us within 5 working days after the despatch e-mail has been received.
We will investigate with the courier and reship your order, or issue you with a credit note if stock levels have fallen.
The credit note will total the full value of the goods not received, including shipping.
It is your responsibility to correctly enter your e-mail address so the relevant emails from us can be received. We do also ask that customers enter a valid mobile number so that the couriers are able to provide text updates for your order delivery.
In case of any occasional administration errors with status of orders, we will always issue a replacement or refund for any missing items, so do not hesitate to contact us should you feel something is not right.
